With this end-to-end recruiting service, no fee is due until a hire is made. I take time to learn about each specific technology digging into differentiators that make your company an exciting place to join. I also like to connect with each hiring manager to learn about their leadership style and what they are looking for from a culture and business value perspective.  I strive to make myself an extension of each company giving potential candidates all of the necessary information to drive their interest. 

I have a large network of diverse talent across the country and into EMEA. When running new searches, I set out to target passive candidates that are excelling in their roles and create compelling reasons for them to consider a switch. I hold 30-45 minute phone screens with each person to assure there’s a good fit and craft introductions to my clients with notes outlining the details of their experience and points of alignment. Happy to work with internal scheduling coordinators, or handle interview coordination myself, I’m here to guide both parties through the full recruitment process.

Recruiting as a service

If you find yourself receiving ample applications through an online posting, but don’t have time to sort through the haystack, I’m here to help!  For an hourly rate, I can vet which applicants are potentially aligned and conduct phone screens.  From there, I will put together a short list of the strongest prospects along with notes on each and work with the hiring manager to set up initial interviews. 

In addition, I can help create and optimize job postings, and work with leadership on hiring needs and goals.

Hiring Consultation

  • Billed at an hourly rate

I also offer my services consulting as a talent partner for your growing company. To start, I connect with the hiring manager on their team’s growth needs and goals in order to help craft / optimize job descriptions. From there we work together to formulate an interview plan and what should be assessed at each stage of the process. I understand the need for an efficient process while also ensuring that we properly vet the most important areas of alignment to make sure the right hires are being made.
